Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT preferred.
• 1–2 years IT support experience.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets.
• Document activities and solutions in the help desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets.
• Educate users on IT security best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teammates to ensure effective support.
