The IT Support Associate provides responsive, customer-focused technology support for faculty, staff, and students across the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts. This position coordinates day-to-day help desk operations and works collaboratively with college and NU Information Technology Services partners to ensure reliable technology services and support.
Responsibilities Include:
A service-oriented technology professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others. The successful candidate is an effective communicator who is organized, dependable, and able to balance hands‑on technical support with coordinating help desk operations and supervising student employees.
