Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Windows desktops/laptops using Microsoft Intune.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system.
• Remote troubleshooting (password resets, new user setups, desktop issues).
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Support hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD and Entra ID).
• Support Microsoft 365 Exchange mailboxes and mail flow rules.
• Produce documentation related to client environments and issues.
