Job summary

Horner & Shifrin is seeking a Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team in St. Louis. You will provide technical support, deploy and manage Windows devices with Intune, and assist with Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. This role may involve travel to other office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years hands-on experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Windows OS and applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, enroll, and manage Windows desktops/laptops using Microsoft Intune.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance.
• Perform remote troubleshooting for password resets and workstation setups.
• Support hybrid identity environment (on-prem AD and Entra ID).
• Support Microsoft 365 Exchange mailboxes and spam filtering.
