Job summary

IT Associates is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide end-user support across a Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune administration, user accounts, and device deployment. The role mixes project work with day-to-day user support, with growth into a leadership path.

The position reports to the IT Director and is approximately 60% project-based and 40% user support, with about 80% remote work and 20% local travel to Nashville and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or help desk roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune familiarity.
• Experience managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage Intune enrollment, configuration and compliance.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Configure, deploy, and reconfigure laptops/desktops/mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to tickets with strong customer service.
• Support printers and local office technology and network equipment.
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements.
• Document procedures and technical solutions.
• Assist with IT procurement and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor security events; familiarity with Purview a plus.
• Travel to locations for onsite support as needed.
