The IT Support Analyst provides end-user support across a Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Intune administration, user account management, device deployment, and troubleshooting. This role supports employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint configuration, and day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to technology and infrastructure projects. The position is approximately 60% project-based work and 40% user support, with strong growth potential into a future lead role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Configure, deploy, and reconfigure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Respond to support tickets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support printers, local office technology, and network equipment.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Document procedures and technical solutions.
- Assist with IT equipment procurement and asset lifecycle management.
- Monitor security events; experience with Microsoft Purview and security log monitoring is a strong plus.
- Travel to company locations as needed for onsite support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Knowledge of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and security/compliance monitoring.
- Experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
- Approximately 80% remote and 20% travel.
- Required to visit each company location approximately once per month to provide onsite support, perform device deployments, assist with projects, and maintain relationships with local users.
- Support eight locations: Nashville, Cookeville, Crossville, Manchester, McMinnville, Clarksville, Jackson (TN), and Hopkinsville (KY).
- Nashville serves as the primary IT hub.
- Occasional after-hours support may be required.
Additional Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position is 70-75K. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
