Job summary

Acumen Technology is seeking a Field Service Analyst I to join our Managed Services team in the Nashville area on a hybrid schedule. The role involves onsite and remote support, with approximately 70% of time at client locations and travel as needed.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network issues, while maintaining professional communication and precise documentation throughout each service request.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers and basic networking.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in client environments.
• Ability to document steps, resolutions, and work performed clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite client support for Acumen customers, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document and track all work in the ticketing system with clear status updates.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Systems Administrators, and other teams as needed.
• Manage time, installations, moves, and equipment setups onsite.
• Build knowledge of client environments and ensure professional representation of Acumen.
