Job summary

IT Associates in Tennessee seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide end-user support across a Microsoft 365 environment, administer Intune, manage user accounts, deploy devices, and troubleshoot issues. This role balances project work with daily support and offers growth toward a lead role.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, configure laptops and mobile devices, respond to tickets with strong customer service, and participate in IT projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Configure, deploy, and reconfigure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to support tickets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support printers, local office technology, and network equipment.
• Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Document procedures and technical solutions.
• Assist with IT equipment procurement and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor security events; experience with Microsoft Purview and security log monitoring is a strong plus.
• Travel to company locations as needed for onsite support.
