Job summary

ICM Ventures Inc. is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to resolve complex issues in business applications and to deliver high-impact end-user support. The role emphasizes proactive improvement, customer focus, and collaboration with IT and stakeholders.

The position is based at the headquarters in Colwich, Kansas, with on-site work and occasional travel as needed. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for application support via office visit, phone, or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, CMMS, LMS, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, document management systems, and custom business systems).
• Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities for process improvement; recommend solutions to reduce disruptions.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base for end-users and IT colleagues.
• Collaborate with application owners and support team members for escalation; participate in testing and support upgrades/deployments.
• Provide user training, onboarding, and guidance to maximize adoption and effective use of business applications.
• Support application security, access management, and licensing/compliance requirements.
• Participate in application lifecycle management including requirements gathering, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Assist with audits, data integrity checks, and reporting as needed.
• Maintain awareness of new features and industry trends to enhance user experience.
