Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an IT Support Analyst 1 to provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for internal users in Columbus, OH. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and network issues while guiding users through clear steps and documenting resolutions in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Experience with ticketing software and defined escalation procedures.
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows 10 PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, Apple devices.
• Provide desktop and telephone support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity.
• Install software and equipment and perform minor repairs to hardware and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user issues with step-by-step guidance.
• Use ticketing systems and knowledge bases to document, research, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Perform maintenance, software installation, end-user support, and basic user training.
• Independently image and reimage equipment for deployment.
