Job summary

Brooksource seeks an on-site IT Support Technician to handle first-level service desk tasks in a dynamic DC environment. You will resolve issues on Windows PCs/tablets, Zebra scanners, printers, and network devices, while documenting actions and maintaining knowledge resources.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and perform routine maintenance, hardware setup, and incident tracking to ensure operations run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to resolve first level IT/service desk requests.
• Experience with hardware setup and basic troubleshooting across devices.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first level service calls in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Assist in investigation of issues and delivery of remedy and response.
• Respond to identified performance issues and follow established procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of resolution procedures by reviewing knowledgebase entries.
• Log and track issues using automated Service Management System.
• Interact with diverse departments and store personnel.
• Perform routine hardware setup, testing, and preventative maintenance.
