Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Technical Support – Systems Analyst to own the escalation path for complex IT issues. You will drive root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and coordinate across Windows, M365, Intune, networking, and cloud environments.

As the senior escalation point, you’ll mentor technicians, lead major incidents, and help elevate technical capabilities across five entities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment experience.
• Experience with PXE-based network imaging is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud layers.
• Experience supporting multiple companies or business entities.
• Strong root cause analysis and permanent-fix mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, hardware, and cloud issues.
• Support Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment initiatives.
• Implement approved configurations, remediation, and automation using PowerShell.
• Lead or contribute to major incident resolution.
• Create technical documentation and mentor Systems Technicians.
