Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Franklin, KY is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deploy and support PC hardware, printers, and desktop software. You will maintain the ticketing system and assist with VOIP and POS-related systems, ensuring efficient IT operations in a gaming environment.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in IT or MIS or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or MIS; 4+ years experience acceptable in lieu.
• Knowledge of PC hardware setup, software support, and basic server admin.
• Experience with Office 365, VOIP, and POS-related systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support PC hardware, printers, and desktop software.
• Install and support productivity tools including Microsoft Office and Sage MAS90.
• Maintain ticketing system and support phone systems and mobile devices.
• Develop and implement cost-efficient IT solutions and maintain spare part inventory.
• Provide user consultation for hardware/software selection and ensure compliance with policies.
