Job summary
The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs IT team seeks an experienced technical specialist to provide advanced support for computer systems, networks, telecom and data infrastructure, desktop software, and backup/recovery solutions. Under supervision, you will deploy hardware, manage servers and workstations, and ensure security and virus protection.
You will work with vendors, stay on-call for critical systems, and help implement cost-efficient IT procedures while maintaining compliance with
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 4+ years of IT experience required.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008–2022 and Linux systems preferred.
- Experience with VOIP, POS systems, and security/virus protection.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Deploy new PC hardware, printers, and desktop software.
- Install and support Office 365 and Azure AD.
- Maintain servers/workstations, backups, and virus protection.
- Monitor and update security measures and virus threats.
- On-call support for critical systems 24/7.
