Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs is seeking an IT Support professional to deploy and maintain PC hardware, printers, and desktop software in a gaming environment.

You will install productivity tools (Office 365, POS systems), manage the ticketing system, and support VOIP and mobile devices, while following all policies and procedures to ensure reliable operations. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to support gaming floors and remote offices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or MIS; bachelor’s preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with Windows Server and Office 365 Administration.
• Knowledge of VOIP and POS systems is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a high-noise gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support new PC hardware, printers and desktop software.
• Install and support productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Sage MAS90.
• Maintain the ticketing system for IT requests.
• Support phone systems and mobile devices.
• Develop and implement cost-effective IT solutions.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for timely repairs.
• Advise users on hardware selections for their needs.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Report daily to Level 2 IT support for assignments.
