The position requires diagnosing issues via phone, email, and in-person, managing Active Directory, deploying workstations, and assisting with Windows Server and security practices. A proactive problem-solver with strong communication will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience
• Experience with Windows 10/11, iOS and Android
• Familiarity with cloud services and Active Directory security best practices

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair end-user hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage users and groups in Active Directory while following security protocols
• Image, deploy, and configure workstations and assist new users
• Install, upgrade, and repair company hardware and software
• Participate in on-call support as needed
