Job summary

AC&T Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee information technology operations, systems, and infrastructure.

You will ensure reliability, security, and efficiency while providing hands-on leadership and technical guidance to meet business needs. The role covers network, server and hardware management, cybersecurity, data backup and disaster recovery, vendor management, budgeting, and IT project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, systems or network administration, or related technical field.
• Experience in IT management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations: systems, networks, servers, and hardware.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of business-critical technology systems.
• Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of equipment and network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on technology systems and applications.
• Lead IT projects, vendor relationships, and budget management.
• Communicate IT updates and recommendations to leadership.
