KBC Advisors is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support our growing Data & Products team in Seattle. This hands-on role balances day-to-day IT operations with strategic initiatives to ensure seamless technology across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing support with IT projects. This in-person position offers opportunities to contribute to security practices and onboarding for new and existing employees in our Seattle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT assets inventory and lifecycle across hardware and software.
• Support IT projects and on-site system rollouts.
• Resolve user access issues on company devices.
• Support video conferencing systems and meetings.
• Deliver user training on tools and IT policies.
• Triage IT tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve IT processes.
• Create and update IT process guides and training resources.
• Onboard new employees with IT setup and access.
• Assist with IT security measures and monitoring.
• Travel to KBC offices for on-site support as needed.
