Job summary

Coastal-Villages-Region-Fund in Seattle, WA is seeking an in-office IT Administrator to oversee systems and network administration, and coordinate IT projects across multiple sites in a hybrid environment. Qualifications

• Requires proven experience as System or Network Administrator.
• Knowledge of system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing VLANs, routing, VPN, QoS, wireless, and firewalls.
• Familiar with Hyper-V, VMware, SANs, and SQL Server.
• Ability to plan and manage IT projects for multi-site deployments.
• Strong communication across departments and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network and system security through the monitoring of logs and firewall policies.
• Manage enterprise systems such as MS SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows file servers.
• Administer a hybrid Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Azure environment across sites.
• Plan and execute IT projects from scoping to completion with timelines and vendor coordination.
• Design and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and data sources.
• Develop and optimize SQL databases, queries, and ETL or scripting processes.
• Create and maintain system, network, and integration documentation.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Travel to troubleshoot or support deployments as needed.
• Adhere to security policies like InTune and Entra ID.
