Job summary

Coastal Villages is seeking an in-office IT Systems Administrator to join our Seattle team. The role combines hands-on system and network administration with project coordination and data integration across a multi-site, hybrid environment.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot, install and configure software and hardware, plan IT projects, and design integrations between systems, with emphasis on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience as System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery processes.
• Experience managing VLANs, Routing, VPN, QoS, Wireless, and Firewalls.
• Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, and SAN technologies.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage projects to completion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.
• Experience delivering IT projects end-to-end across multi-site deployments.
• Data integration experience with SQL, ETL processes, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network and system security through logs and firewall policy management.
• Manage enterprise systems (SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows servers) and virtual/network infrastructure.
• Oversee Hybrid Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Azure environment and multi-site network.
• Plan and drive IT projects from scoping to completion, including timelines and vendor coordination.
• Design and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and data sources.
• Develop and optimize SQL databases, queries, and data import/ETL processes.
