ISOutsource is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for clients in the Seattle area. You will troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain end-user equipment while coordinating hardware procurement and travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/M365 skills, and a customer-first approach. Relocation to Seattle or proximity is required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must reside in the Seattle area or be willing to relocate before start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional onsite and remote technical support to end users, including dedicated onsite support at local client locations up to five days per week.
• Troubleshoot workstation, software, hardware, connectivity, account, printing, peripheral, and related endpoint issues.
• Configure, deploy, replace, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related end-user equipment.
• Coordinate approved hardware procurement, replacement, setup, and delivery activities.
• Triage incoming technical issues, assess scope and risk, and determine resolution path.
• Independently resolve documented, single-user, endpoint, and other low-risk issues.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and technical documentation.
• Travel expectations may vary by market and client need.
