Job summary

PDF Corp in Puerto Rico is seeking a Solutions Sales Consultant to design IT solutions, prepare bids, and generate quotations for complex AV and IT systems. You will assess client needs, budgets, and project scopes to craft winning proposals and accurate bills of materials.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors, deliver training, and manage timelines, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and integrate smoothly. Travel within and outside Puerto Rico is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Audiovisual Technology, Electronic Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in design, installation, or technical support of AV systems.
• At least 10 years of experience in customer and sales relationships.
• Experience handling client proposals.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for technical assessments and gather project information at client facilities.
• Design One-Line Diagrams and Layout Diagrams based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and strategic vendors in system design.
• Request and track vendor quotes; prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Program and test prototypes for designed solutions.
• Deliver technical training to end users and system administrators.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and client data in the CRM system.
• Assist in review and approval process for quotes on small to mid-sized projects considering client specifications and budget constraints.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and technical specifications of products PDF. offer.
