Job summary

Caribbean Data Systems in Puerto Rico is seeking a driven Sales Executive with proven experience selling security cameras, CCTV, and surveillance technology. You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and close deals.

The role requires excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work in person. You’ll collaborate with technical and installation teams and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver tailored security solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in security camera, CCTV, or security technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of security cameras and video surveillance systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the security and surveillance market.
• Promote and sell security cameras, CCTV systems, NVR/DVR solutions, access control, and related security products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, installers, and business owners.
• Understand customer security needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay up to date on new security technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
