Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD; bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Licensure candidate or RA license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and coordination of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Prepare construction documents and assist in delivering high-quality projects.
