Job summary

POWERX in Chantilly, VA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and secure our IT infrastructure, support end-users, and implement new technologies. You will manage Microsoft 365, troubleshoot hardware and software, and contribute to documentation and training materials.

You will collaborate with internal teams to uphold IT standards, handle vendor and license management, and develop SOPs while delivering reliable technical support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support or similar role.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environment and cloud services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud services.
• Provide end-user support and hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and technical documentation.
