The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s information technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. This role involves executing day-to-day technical tasks, providing end-user support, and assisting in the implementation and administration of IT systems and services. The IT Support Specialist will support Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems, and contribute to the integration of new technologies. Additionally, the role includes maintaining documentation, developing training materials, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold IT standards and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.

Actual pay depends on factors such as work location and market, skills, education, experience, and other job-related qualifications. Eligible roles may include additional compensation such as bonuses or incentives.
