Job summary

POWERX in Phoenix is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and secure our IT infrastructure, support end users, and help implement new technologies.

You will manage Microsoft 365, assist with security configurations, document processes, and create training materials while collaborating across teams.

Candidates should have a 5+ years of experience in IT, a relevant degree, and hands-on skills in cloud platforms, networking, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with migration or integration projects preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Oversee licensing, feature rollouts, and automate tasks using PowerShell or Graph API.
• Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate across departments to uphold IT standards and support operational excellence.
