Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an IT Support Engineer (MSP, Level III) in Plainsboro Township, NJ. The role focuses on delivering advanced technical support within a fast‑paced MSP environment, handling pre‑ and post‑sales activities, and managing complex client projects across various industries.

The position requires hands‑on MSP experience, strong networking and Microsoft technology skills, and the ability to engage with clients professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
• Direct MSP experience required.
• At least three years in a client‑facing technical or sales engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during discovery meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, assessments, and implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments.
• Design, implement and optimize LANs.
• Implement and monitor network security measures.
