Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting desktop software and hardware.
• Experience supporting desktop computers in a Windows/TCPIP environment.
• Firsthand knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, monitors and maintains IT users' desktop software and hardware.
• Provides consultation for all aspects of end-user computing.
• Responsible for end-to-end problem ownership and resolution.

Skills

Overall knowledge of Windows operating systems

Ability to troubleshoot VPN connectivity

Independent and collaborative work skills

Education

Associate / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
