Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active IT support experience in a Windows/TCP‑IP environment.
• A+ certification preferred.
• MCSE/MCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and close tickets and work orders for end‑client workstations and peripherals.
• Answer client service requests raised via the Helpdesk.
• Assist in worldwide workstation installations and redesign projects as a team member.
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely using remote tools.
• Investigate and collaborate with other units to resolve infrastructure related issues.

Skills

IT support experience

Knowledge of Windows 10

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Hands-on experience supporting workstation hardware and software

Education
