A local government agency is seeking an Information Technology Technician to provide end-user support and assist with network infrastructure tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting desktops, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and training users. Qualifications

• Must provide own transportation.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support for computer network infrastructure.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software.
• Investigate and resolve PC security issues.

Knowledge of data processing equipment maintenance and operation
