Job summary

SpaceXAI is hiring an IT Specialist for our IT Services team. This full-time, onsite role provides advanced technical guidance, supports end-users, and collaborates with Level 1 and senior IT staff to ensure seamless technology operations.

The ideal candidate will diagnose complex issues, manage user accounts, and help deploy hardware and software. Occasional after-hours support is included as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of IT/helpdesk or related technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, MS Office, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems, including system crashes and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory).
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
