Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an IT Client Services Engineer to deliver reliable IT services and support across the organization, focusing on end-user computing, devices, printers, and collaboration systems. You will work with IT infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and standardize services.

The role covers deploying and troubleshooting Windows endpoints, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech, with opportunities to lead IT projects and facility deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT client services, endpoint computing, desktop engineering, workplace technology, or related.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows PC hardware, OS, peripherals, and enterprise apps.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and enterprise mobility environments.
• Experience with printer deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms, video conferencing, or collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, secure IT services and end-user support across the organization.
• Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and lifecycle-manage end-user computing devices.
• Manage mobile devices, configuration, security policies, and deployments for corporate devices.
• Deploy and support enterprise printers and peripherals, including lifecycle management.
• Partner with AV vendors to deliver standardized meeting room solutions and upgrade site deployments.
• Lead or participate in IT projects and service improvements across manufacturing and office environments.
