Job summary

Goodwill Corporate Office in Phoenix seeks an IT Systems Analyst to provide technical expertise in analysis, design, and implementation for the IT Department. You will assist the System Administrator and ERP Administrator, and handle troubleshooting, application development, and hardware upgrades.

Requirements include a BS in CS/IT or equivalent, 1–2 years as an IT Analyst, PC hardware/software knowledge, shell scripting, and strong customer service skills. Located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience working as an IT Analyst.
• Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Knowledge of shell scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience in a help desk role and familiarity with Internet/web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues to implement repairs and upgrades.
• Develops and maintains applications and software.
• Assists with hardware/software purchases and implementations.
• Sets up workstations, printers, and peripherals for networks.
• Provides escalations from the Service Desk on hardware/software issues.
• Logs and documents system activities and configurations.
• Supports IT security systems and Azure/AD/O365/Okta/D365/ERP.
• Trains and guides teammates on solutions and best practices.
• Assists System Administrator and ERP Administrator as needed.
• Conducts data analysis and reporting for software initiatives.
