Job summary

Mondo is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to manage an existing book of business, drive client retention, and identify upselling opportunities within technology and IT support services.

You will manage SMB client relationships, own retention and engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Onsite client meetings occur about once a month in Berkeley, CA.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Account Management or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage existing client relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing SMB clients.
• Own client retention, satisfaction, and ongoing account engagement.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to meet client needs.
• Attend onsite client meetings about once per month.
