The role focuses on delivering reliable technology services, maintaining hardware and records, and offering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot routine issues, assist with inventory, create knowledge articles, and participate in projects with IT staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of technology-related experience.
• Experience providing tech support for Windows and MacOS.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document procedures and create guides.
• Ability to work in office computing environments and classrooms.

• Provide Tier I technical support for desktop and laptop computers, software, peripherals, and classroom technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine technology issues for faculty, staff, and graduate students.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional communication.
