NC State University Libraries IT Department seeks undergraduate or graduate students to join the IT Support team as Information Technology Student Technicians. You will assist patrons and staff with technology issues, upholding high responsibility while developing creative technical solutions.

Candidates must be enrolled at NC State University; strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM on-site in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student at NC State University.
• Ability to learn new skills via hands-on experience with new technology and through technical documentation.
