Century Business Products Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join our IT Service Desk in the Sioux Falls area, with flexibility for Sioux City as well.

You will provide remote and on-site support for client computers, servers, and network infrastructure, delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves logging requests, diagnosing issues, configuring hardware and software, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ end-user IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office 365.
• Familiarity with networking switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless.
• Experience with ticket management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Log and process service requests via phone and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues remotely or on-site.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance of hardware, software, and network.
• Document services and time spent; provide excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate to document processes and improve workflows.
