Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II to provide hands-on PC/Network support, configuration, and training for internal customers. You will work with the Network, Windows OS, mobile OS, and desktop applications, helping diagnose issues and implement IT projects.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support, plus certifications like A+ or Network+. A hybrid schedule may be available after training, with opportunities to contribute to service

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience in a technical support position.
2–4 years’ experience with PC computing and PC applications.
A+, Network+, or Networking Essentials Certification required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Support mobile devices and Service Desk cases.
Create cases and assign to IT resources.
Assist with employee equipment moves and imaging.
Install Windows OS and certified software on user PCs.
Maintain service desk documentation and asset inventory.
Assist with user conferences and equipment management.
