• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a tech field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support with focus on first call resolution.
• Diagnose, triage, and escalate incidents to Tier 2/3.
• On-site and remote support for workstations, OS, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across multiple OS.
• Assist in system upgrades and maintenance (RAM, drives, etc.).
• Deploy software and system images for various OS/devices.
• Support mobile devices and tablets for users.
• Create technical documentation and processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through Catalyst IT training.
• Ensure timely follow-through and high-quality customer experience.
• Accurate reporting of billable time for payroll and billing.
