Job summary

InDyne is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join the EPG Service Desk, providing end-user desktop support for on-site and remote personnel. You will diagnose and resolve requests via ticketing systems and phone, helping users with hardware and software issues and coordinating with IT professionals.

You will perform basic to intermediate Windows administration (Active Directory, DHCP, MMC) and support Video Teleconferencing, printers, and peripherals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience or educational/experience equivalents
• Possess and maintain a Security+ CE (or equivalent IAT II)

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer networks and provide technical help to computer users of EPG
• Provide Video Teleconferencing support to set up meetings and standby support during a call
• Install and test PCs, printers, and peripherals; configure OS and applications
• Windows administration knowledge: Active Directory, DHCP, MMC, Remote Support applications
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite and hardware; provide end-user support
• Operate office equipment as required; manage desk supplies and related tools
