Job summary

Qualifications

• Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for assistance via the IT Service Center, handling hardware/software installations, modifications, troubleshooting and problem resolutions of the components.
• Provide end users with excellent customer service and timely resolution of tasks.
• Install and configure desktop applications, client and operating system software and upgrades on personal computers.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette in interactions.
