Job summary

Jackson County, MO's Information Technology team seeks a Help Desk Specialist to handle IT Service Center requests, installing and troubleshooting hardware and software across workstations. You will work directly with end users, delivering excellent customer service and timely resolutions, and you will install and configure desktop applications, client OS software and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for assistance by computer users via the IT Service Center, including hardware and software installations, modifications, troubleshooting and problem resolutions.
• Work directly with end users, providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of tasks.
• Installs and configures desktop applications, client and operating system software and upgrades on personal computers.
