Job summary

PSECU seeks a Service Desk Intern to support user devices across Harrisburg locations, including desktops, laptops, mobiles, and printers. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware refreshes and incident response in a demanding IT environment.

You will gain exposure to Security Operations, Desktop Support, Network Operations, Development, and Data Analytics while learning best practices in asset management and service delivery.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• Must meet PSECU's minimum employment eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and support user computing devices across multiple locations.
• Assist with annual PC hardware refresh and equipment lifecycle management.
• Respond to and resolve Service Desk incidents promptly, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate equipment setup, teardown, and relocation as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
