Job summary

STI is seeking a technician to support workstations, laptops, and Macs in the Harrisburg, PA area. The role includes deployment, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting of devices and peripherals to maintain health and compliance.

You will monitor incident queues, keep tickets updated, and document resolutions for other teams. Collaboration with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and the IT Service Desk is essential.

Qualifications

Experience providing workstation, laptop, and Mac support across devices.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
Familiarity with deployment, configuration, and health compliance of endpoints.

Responsibilities

Monitor incident queues and take ownership of issues, assisting customers as needed.
Keep support tickets up to date and well documented.
Provide documentation on issue resolution for other teams.
Monitor and report PC issues and collaborate with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and the IT Service Desk.
