Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Technology Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations. You will configure, install, and support user devices across multiple locations and help with hardware refreshes and service tickets.

This 100% onsite internship at the Elmerton location offers exposure to Security Operations, Desktop Support, Network Operations, Development, and Data Analytics while you pursue a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma (required).
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS for the duration of the internship.
• Must meet minimum employment eligibility including being at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and support user computing devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations).
• Assist with annual PC hardware refresh and equipment lifecycle management.
• Respond to and resolve Service Desk incidents promptly, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate equipment setup, teardown, and relocation with minimal disruption to operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Schedule is flexible, up to 20 hours per week. Position is 100% onsite at the Elmerton location.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment setup, teardown, and relocation as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• GED (Required), High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Required Must be a current student actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems for the duration of the internship/student worker assignment.
• Required Must meet PSECU’s minimum employment eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
