Master Electronics in Phoenix seeks an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the friendly, solutions-focused first point of contact for employees when technology impedes work. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues, support onboarding and account updates, and keep IT documentation current.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service to maintain productivity and deliver a positive support experience across the organization.

Qualifications

You’ll combine technical troubleshooting with strong communication and customer service skills to resolve issues, keep teams productive, and create a positive support experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making an everyday impact across the organization.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/ Hourly

What you will do?

• Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring issues are prioritized, documented, and resolved on time
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users
• Provide support in person, remotely, by phone, or through chat
• Partner with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues
• Communicate solutions clearly and help users understand how to resolve common issues
• Support employee onboarding, access changes, and account updates
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other equipment
• Stay current on software, hardware, and system updates
• Perform routine maintenance on company-issued equipment
• Maintain and update IT documentation and support resources
