Job summary

Master Electronics is seeking a hands-on VA Associate to build component kits, follow technical instructions, and assemble a variety of products with attention to quality. You will inspect parts, maintain tools, and ensure organized inventory while working in a production setting.

You will aid in applying precise workmanship, follow procedures, and stay organized in a clean workspace, supporting consistent output and defect-free results.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in production/assembly environment required.
  • Quality control experience preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus).
  • Sustain long term attention to detail.
  • Role-related accuracy and task follow-through.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Noise level may be loud in some areas of the production area.
  • Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.

In this exciting role, you'll build practical component kits and assembly designs by following technical instructions and constructing a diverse range of products. Your expertise in discerning the quality of parts and materials will ensure our products are top-notch. You'll inventory and maintain parts and tools, keep your workspace clean and organized, and check incoming and outgoing products for defects. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and creating something tangible every day, we want you on our team!

Pay $17.50/Hour
