Master Electronics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the friendly first contact for employees when technology falters.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets, support onboarding, and communicate solutions clearly whether in person, remotely, by phone, or chat. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring issues are prioritized, documented, and resolved on time.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users.
• Provide support in person, remotely, by phone, or through chat.
• Partner with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Communicate solutions clearly and help users understand how to resolve common issues.
• Support employee onboarding, access changes, and account updates.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Stay current on software, hardware, and system updates.
• Perform routine maintenance on company-issued equipment.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and support resources.

You’ll combine technical troubleshooting with strong communication and customer service skills to resolve issues, keep teams productive, and create a positive support experience. Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/ Hourly
