Job summary

The role focuses on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, while maintaining accurate service desk documentation and asset management.

You will work with a team to resolve tickets efficiently, manage deployments, and contribute to proactive maintenance and upgrades of end-user devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience supporting Apple computers and macOS environments.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software for onsite and remote users.
• Monitor and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Document issues, solutions, procedures, and service desk activities.
• Track and manage company technology assets and equipment inventory.
• Assist with ordering hardware, software, and IT supplies.
• Perform proactive maintenance and upgrades on end-user devices.
• Support technology deployments and system rollouts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
